     I am a praliné addict.

 

    I did not find in New York an artisanal and genuine Praliné according to my taste, so I decided to prepare them myself.

 

    Passionate about pastry, and chocolates, I also trained with professionals to improve my skills at Lenôtre school in Paris and with Olivier Bajard, World Champion in Pastry.

 

    I launched a few years ago "Les Macarons d"Agathe" in Hamburg (Germany).

 

    Now I want to share my artisanal praliné bonbons coated with exquisite chocolate, prepared with my hands and my heart.
